The fee structure for the academic year 2023-2024 is effective from April 1st, 2023 to March 31st, 2024. There are 3 terms per year which are applicable to all the courses.

KG 2 to Std 1 Enrolment Fee Top-Up

The Top-Up amount will be the differential between KG enrolment fee and Std 1 enrolment fee. Students moving from KG 2 to Standard 1 will be eligible for a 25% subsidy on the differential Enrolment Fee.

No, there is no annual registration fee. The registration fee needs to be paid only once during admission at the school.
At GIIS Kuala Lumpur, a three-term academic year system is followed. Parents are required to pay the fees at the beginning of each term, three times a year.

Following fees are to be paid by parents for each term:

● Deposit fee (to be paid only once during admission)
● Registration fee  (to be paid only once during admission)
● Tuition fee (to be paid per term)
● Activity fee (to be paid per term)
● GIIS fee (to be paid per year)
● Insurance fee (to be paid per year)

The fees are to be paid by the parents by the due date that is mentioned in the student contract.

Transportation fees have to be paid per term along with the other term fees.
No, monthly payments are not accepted. Payments are to be made against invoices that are generated three times a year, once per term, by the due date mentioned in the student contract.
The admission fee needs to be paid only once at the time of registration at GIIS Kuala Lumpur.

At GIIS Kuala Lumpur, we charge the same fees for Malaysian nationals and International students.
Fees need to be paid three times in a year – once for every term.
At GIIS Kuala Lumpur, students from grades 1 to 12 can avail scholarships. The categories for scholarships vary from academics to sports to merit-cum-means and scientific disposition.
The tenure of each scholarship cycle is 3 months. There are four such cycles held each year under the aegis of Global Schools Foundation. These scholarships are provided by GSF to ensure that worthy and deserving students from financially weak families get a chance to pursue their studies at one of the best schools in Kuala Lumpur and fulfil their goals and wishes.
There are five scholarships that are offered at GIIS Kuala Lumpur. They are Global Citizen Scholarship, 9Gems Holistic Development Scholarship, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Global Skills Scholarship, Tunku Abdul Rahman Universal Values merit cum means scholarship and Global FUTURE-READY Merit Scholarship.
The eligibility criteria vary in all the scholarships offered by us. It depends on grade, tenure, academic performance and a few such variables.

A late payment fee will be charged as per Schedule D of the Contract, if the fee is not paid on or before the due date.
Parents/guardians of both local and international students are required to provide their details to the school for the purpose of contacting them at the time of emergency. The guardian of the student should be a Malaysian Citizen or a Malaysia Permanent Resident above the age of 18 years or the parent of the international student if the parent is working or staying in Malaysia. Any change in guardianship or details must be immediately reported to the school as soon as possible.
A notice period of one full calendar month is required to be given to the school by the parents or guardians for the cancellation of the bus services. Payment in lieu of notice will be payable if no prior notice is provided by the parents or guardian.
The parent or guardian can reapply for the bus service only after a period of 6 months.
If you already have a child studying at GIIS, you can avail a 25% subsidy on the tuition fee for the second child. The sibling benefit is applicable only on the Tuition fee only and not on any other fees.
